Classes For the General Public & Families
Choice Community CPR The Choice Community CPR course 2-hour, non-certification is perfect for any community member or group who wants to learn lifesaving CPR and First Aid skills—no AHA certification provided. Learn Hands-Only CPR, infant CPR, AED use, and choking relief for adults, children, and infants in a hands-on, engaging environment.
Our Babysitter's Training course is designed specifically for youth ages 11-16 who want to become confident, responsible babysitters. Participants learn key babysitting basics (feeding, diapering, safety, age-appropriate activities), leadership skills, conflict management, how to handle child behaviors, and emergency response. We pair this course with the AHA Pediatric Heartsaver course where they also learn CPR, use of AED, and choking in infants and children!
The course also includes 2 Certifications:
Red Cross Babysitter Certificate
AHA CPR 2-year certification (Child and Infant)
giving young sitters the ability to respond confidently in emergencies while building professional babysitting skills.
Perfect for individuals or groups such as the Scouts
The HeartSaver course is perfect for parents, teachers, coaches, caregivers, Yoga instructors or anyone in the community with little or no medical training.
Meets Colorado OSHA recommendations.
It teaches essential lifesaving skills such as adult/child/infant CPR, AED use, choking relief, and basic first aid in a straightforward.
Offered in a hybrid format with online and hands-on skills training.
Upon completion, participants receive a 2-year American Heart Association CPR Certification card.
This is ideal for personal preparedness, workplace (OSHA) requirements, or family safety.
Classes For Healthcare Professionals
Classes like Basic Life Support is more advanced for healthcare providers, nurses, EMT’s and physicians who are meeting clinical certification requirements.
The American Heart Associations Basic Life Support course provides the foundation for life saving skills during and following cardiac arrest. These courses are video-based and instructor-led, designed for healthcare professionals and first responders who are required to learn and master BLS Provider skills. Skills reviewed in this course include: one and two rescuer CPR for adults, children and infants; AED use and bag valve mask with team dynamics team and abdominal thrusts to relieve choking is practiced.
Upon completion, participants receive a 2-year American Heart Association CPR Certification card.
