Choice CPR Child Care Essentials
The Choice CPR Child Care Essentials Course is designed for adults who want to feel confident, prepared, and capable when caring for children and infants. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, nanny, or occasional caregiver, this comprehensive training provides practical, real-life skills to help you provide safe, responsible, and attentive care.
Participants will learn essential childcare techniques, including diapering, feeding, and infant bottle-feeding, along with guidance on encouraging positive behavior and creating a safe environment for children. The course also emphasizes preparedness in emergency situations.
During the class, participants will learn and practice critical life-saving skills, including first aid, CPR for infants and children, choking relief (abdominal thrusts), and how to use an AED.
You will receive:
American Heart Association CPR Infant and Child certification is valid for two years
upon completing the course successfully.
