Choice CPR Childcare Essentials
The Choice CPR Childcare Essentials Course is designed for adults who want to feel confident, prepared, and capable when caring for children and infants. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, nanny, or occasional caregiver, this comprehensive training provides practical, real-life skills to help you provide safe, responsible, and attentive care.
Participants will learn essential childcare techniques, including diapering, feeding, and infant bottle-feeding, along with guidance on encouraging positive behavior and creating a safe environment for children. The course also emphasizes preparedness in emergency situations.
During the class, participants will learn and practice critical life-saving skills, including first aid, CPR for infants and children, choking relief (abdominal thrusts), and how to use an AED.
You will receive:
American Heart Association CPR Infant and Child certification is valid for two years
upon completing the course successfully.
